Yes. All workmanship is covered by a snag-free guarantee, and manufacturer warranties apply to the finishes we use.
For high-traffic areas we recommend Bona Traffic HD lacquer; for domestic properties we generally use Bona Mega Lacquer, but can also use oils if requested. We’ll advise on the best option for your space. These all come in a range of sheen levels.
Yes—provided the top wear layer is at least 3 mm thick. We confirm this during the free site survey.
Absolutely. We source reclaimed blocks where possible and can machine new timber to replicate uncommon patterns so the repair is seamless.

Yes. Most educational and commercial projects are scheduled outside normal hours (evenings, weekends or holidays) to minimise disruption. We can discuss a plan to fit in with your individual requirements.
Light foot traffic is fine after four hours. With normal use after 8-12 hours. It is best to wait 24 hours before replacing heavy furniture and seven days before laying rugs or close-fitting items.
Our machinery has its own built in dust extraction that removes a vast majority of the dust from sanding, with a very minimal amount produced; we then vacuum the area with M/H class vacuums before applying your chosen finish.
For finer dust, such as Granwood, we also use Our Bona Class H DCS (Dust Containment System) extraction units to capture about 95 % of the airborne dust created.
